Effect of BMA on NF-κB activation in LPS-activated RAW264.7 cells. ((a)-(e)) Cells were treated with BMA (40, 80, or 160 μM) for 1 h and stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 0.5 h (e) or 24 h (b-d). The protein expression levels were analyzed by western blot. (f) Cells were treated with BMA (160 μM) for 1 h and stimulated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 0.5 h.
