AS reduces the protein levels of CDK1, CDK2, and CDK4 and Cyclin B1, Cyclin A, and Cyclin D in LNCaP cells. LNCaP cells were seeded in 12-well plates and then treated with AS extracts (0, 25, 50, and 100 μg/ml) for 24 hours. Western blot analysis was performed to evaluate the protein expression of cell cycle regulators with specific primary antibodies targeting CDK1, CDK2, CDK4, Cyclin A, Cyclin B1, and Cyclin D. GAPDH was served as an internal control.
