Jujuboside A Exhibits an Antiepileptogenic Effect in the Rat Model via Protection against Traumatic Epilepsy-Induced Oxidative Stress and Inflammatory Responses

Jujuboside A reduces the levels of oxidative stress indicators and enhances the activities of antioxidant enzymes in epileptic rats. The activity of NADPH oxidase, (a) and the levels of F2-isoprostanes (b) and MDA (c) were higher in the epileptic group, while the activity of SOD (d) CAT (e) and GSH-Px (f) were lower in the Jujuboside A group. and compared with the control group; # and ## compared with the epileptic group; nā=ā8 per group.
