Overexpression of SRD5A3 in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Molecular Mechanism: A Study of Bioinformatics Exploration Analysis with Experimental Verification

<div>The experimental validation of SRD5A3 in HCC cell lines. (a) SRD5A gene expression showed a correlation with the expression of genes shown below: SRD5A1, HSD17B6, HSD17B3, HSD17B2, DOLK, CYP17A1, AKR1D1, AKR1C3, AKR1C2, and AKR1C4. (b) The knockdown efficiency of SRD5A3 through two siRNA was confirmed by RT-PCR.
