Enhancing Cytotoxicity of Tamoxifen Using Geranium Oil

<div>ER agonist activity of Geranium oil. Geranium oil showed weak agonist activity on (a) ERα and (b) ERβ. Interactions between ERα/β and Geranium oil (final concentrations: 10 and 25 μg/mL) and/or TMX (final concentration: 0.5 μM) were monitored using RCAS for ERα and ERβ kits according to the manufacturer instructions.
