Electron microscopy-based detection of autophagosome in hippocampal neurons. Representative images of autophagosome in the six groups, the autophagosome was observed under an electron microscope at ×4.0 k magnification (bar = 500 nm). Compared with the model group, the number of autophagosomes in the treatment group grow in number with the decreasing dose of VTF. The value was less than 0.05 compared with the model group. The value was less than 0.01 compared with the model group.
