Tetrandrine Ameliorates Rheumatoid Arthritis in Mice by Alleviating Neutrophil Activities

<div>Tetrandrine inhibited cytokine secretion by neutrophils <i>in vitro</i>. (a) FACS tests for Ly6G-positive cells after purification of peritoneal neutrophils. (b) The effect of TET on the viability of neutrophils. A CCK-8 assay was performed to assess neutrophil viability after four hours of coculture with different concentrations of tetrandrine. For each group, <i>n</i> = 5. (c) The effect of TET on neutrophil TNF-<i>α</i>, IFN-<i>γ</i>, IL-1<i>β,</i> and IL-6 mRNA by qRT-PCR. For each group, <i>n</i> = 3.
