Protective Effects of Alternanthera sessilis Ethanolic Extract against TNF-α or H2O2-Induced Endothelial Activation in Human Aortic Endothelial Cells

<div>Effect of A. sessilis ethanolic extract on TNF-α-induced increased ROS levels in HAECs. HAECs were pretreated with various concentrations of A. sessilis (25–200 μg/mL) or simvastatin (2 μM) for 24 h prior to TNF-α (10 ng/mL) induction for 4 h. After staining the cells with H2-DCFDA for 30 mins, the relative fluorescence unit of each well was measured.
