Chondroprotective Effects of Gubitong Recipe via Inhibiting Excessive Mitophagy of Chondrocytes

<div>Expressions of PI3K, p-PI3K, AKT, and p-AKT in chondrocytes. Chondrocytes were pretreated with 50, 100, or 200 <i>μ</i>g/ml of GBT recipe or 100 nmol/ml DEX for 1 hour and then stimulated with 100 ng/ml LPS for 12 h.
