In vitro screening of CBD-based natural mixtures with herbal extracts. (a) U937 cells (300,000 cell/ml) were stimulated with 1 μg/mL LPS and treated for 24 hr. Cytokine levels were evaluated by ELISA. Dexamethasone (DEX) was used as a positive control.
