RAB11A promotes proliferation of prostate cancer cells via the activating FAK/AKT signaling pathway. (a) The mRNA expression of RAB11A in PC-3 cells was detected by RT-qPCR. (b) The protein expression levels of RAB11A in PC-3 cells were detected by western blotting. (c) PC-3 cell viability was analyzed by CCK-8 assay. (d) The proliferation of PC-3 cells was examined by clone formation assay.
