The effect of CVC on the level of CCR2, CCL2, VEGF, NF-κB, c-myc, vimentin, and IL33 proteins by western blotting and ELISA. (a) The results obtained from western blot analysis showed that the level of CCR2, NF-κB, c-myc, vimentin, and IL33 proteins was dramatically reduced in treated cells versus nontreated cells. β-actin was used as a reference protein. (b) VEGF and CCL2 protein levels in the conditioned medium of the treated cells versus nontreated cells were considerably reduced in treated cells assessed by ELISA.
