<i>Rhinacanthin C</i> Ameliorates Insulin Resistance and Lipid Accumulation in NAFLD Mice via the AMPK/SIRT1 and SREBP-1c/FAS/ACC Signaling Pathways

<div>Inhibitory effects of RC prevent HFD-induced liver function, hepatic steatosis, and lipid accumulation in mice. The pathological features of liver tissue in each group were evaluated by H&amp;E (a) and Oil Red O staining (b) (image magnification ×200&amp;400). (c) Liver TG content was detected.
