<i>Rhinacanthin C</i> Ameliorates Insulin Resistance and Lipid Accumulation in NAFLD Mice via the AMPK/SIRT1 and SREBP-1c/FAS/ACC Signaling Pathways

<div>RC activates the AMPK/SIRT1/NF-<i>κ</i>B pathway. After RC treatment, the tissue samples were analysed by ELISA and RT‒qPCR, and protein expression was subjected to Western blot analysis.
