Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Auraptene, and Particularly Their Combination Prevent the Metastasis of U87 Human Glioblastoma Cells

<div>Evaluation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA expressions in the presence of ALA, AUR, and ALA/AUR. U87 cells were treated with AUR or ALA alone or the AUR/ALA combination for 24 h. MMP-2 and MMP-9 mRNA levels were analyzed using the qRT-PCR method.
