Parthenolide Attenuates Sepsis-Induced Acute Kidney Injury in Rats by Reducing Inflammation

<div>PTL’s influence on renal damage in septic rats. Using a HE staining experiment (at 100x and 200x magnification), we were able to observe the histological alterations that CLP caused in the kidney tissues and calculate the renal damage score. In both the control and PTL groups, tubules were not damaged. Critical tubular injury was triggered by CLP. After being given CLP, renal tubular damage was healed by PTL.
