Level I	Swallow the water once, <5 s, 30 ml water drunk, smoothly.
Level II	Swallow the water once or twice, >5 s, 30 ml water drunk, without choking cough.
Level III	Swallow the water once, 30 ml water drunk, with choking cough.
Level IV	Swallow the water over twice, 30 ml water drunk, with choking cough.
Level V	30 ml water drunk with difficulty, with many times of choking cough.
