BornReg and Wregion refer to the region where graduates are born and the region where they are getting employed, respectively. Ethiopia is the Federal Democratic Republic composed of 9 National Regional States and two administrative councils. This study is conducted on graduates from nine departments (for the list of departments, see Figure 1).
