Net reclassification index for risk prediction tools in comparison to the RIPP score. RIPP score performed better than all comparator scores in classifying cases of acute aortic syndrome, improving reclassification (range 11–34%). All comparator scores performed better than the RIPP score decreasing misclassification of those without acute aortic syndrome (6–18%).
