lncRNA GAU1 Induces GALNT8 Overexpression and Potentiates Colorectal Cancer Progression

The oncogenic ability of GAU1 is GALNT8 dependent, and overexpression of GAU1/GALNT8 axis sensitizes CRC cell lines to chemotherapy. (a) CCK-8 assay and (b) colony formation assay were used to measure proliferation in SW620 and HCT116 cells transfected with pCDH-GALNT8 or pCDH. ; . (c) CCK-8 assay and (d) colony formation assay were conducted in control siRNA (siNS) or siRNAs (siGALNT8-1 and siGALNT8-2) against GALNT8-transfected DLD1 and LoVo cells. ; .
