BHLHE41 Overexpression Alleviates the Malignant Behavior of Colon Cancer Cells Induced by Hypoxia via Modulating HIF-1<i>α</i>/EMT Pathway

<div>BHLHE41 overexpression blocked the HCT116 and Lovo cell cycle, and decreased the number of cells in G2/M phase. The cell cycle in hypoxia-induced CC cells was tested by flow cytometry.
