The numbers in the parentheses are standard errors clustered at the county level. Specifically, the actual coefficient (standard error) of the ZMDP for cured or improved patients at discharge is 0.0014 (0.0019), for unhealed at discharge is –0.0016 (0.0019), and for in-hospital mortality is 0.0002 (0.0003).
