CCL28-induced RARB overexpression leads to increased cell proliferation and viability in human lens epithelial cells. (a) Relative changes in RARB mRNA expression were assessed via RT-qPCR. RNA was extracted from human lens epithelial cells treated with 100 ng/mL CCL28 or sterile water (control).
