Method for Rapid Labeling of Waste Sludge from a Food Factory with 15N-Glycine and Evaluation of N Use Using Komatsuna (Brassica rapa Var. perviridis)
Figure 6
Photos of the komatsuna harvested in 5-week experiments. In the fifth week, one plant was taken randomly from each pot in the Control treatment: (a) chemical fertilizer of 50 mg N, SF-PMM-50 treatment; (b) SF-PMM 50 mg N and SF-PMM-100 treatment; (c) SF-PMM 100 mg N. In Control treatment, N, P, and K were supplied from (NH4)2SO4, CaH4P2O8, and KCl. In SF-PMM-50 and -100 treatments, N was supplied from SF-PMM, and the lack of P and K was compensated for by CaH4P2O8 and KCl, respectively, if necessary. See for detail, Section 2.4.4.
