Highly Sensitive Amperometric α-Ketoglutarate Biosensor Based on Reduced Graphene Oxide-Gold Nanocomposites

Figure 5

(a) The effect of GLUD concentration on the current response of NADH at GLUD/rGO-Aunano/GCE in 0.1 M pH 7.2 PBS containing 312.5 μM of α-KG, 1 mM of NADH and 1 mM NH4Cl. (b) Amperometric current-time curve recorded at GLUD/rGO-Aunano/GCE for the successive additions of 66.7 μM α-KG in a stirred pH 7.2 PBS containing 1 mM NADH and 1 mM NH4Cl. The applied potential was 0.3 V and the stirring rate was set as 200 rpm.
