Transcription Factor E2F1 Regulates the Expression of ADRB2

<div>Construction and identification of the human ADRB2 promoter. A549 and BEAS-2B cells were seeded in 96-well plates, followed by transfection with pGL-1879/+39 and pGL3-basic. After 24 h, the relative luciferase activities were detected.
