A Method for SWIM-Compliant Human-in-the-Loop Simulation of Airport Air Traffic Management

<div>Electronic flight strips (smartStrips by Frequentis AG). The electronic flight strips are dynamically generated and updated according to the progress of the simulation. Flight strips are placed in different bays according to controller responsibility. The bay configuration displayed in the image is used by the<i> tower</i> (TWR) and<i> ground</i> (RWY) controller. The tool uses the X23 SWIM interface to connect to the simulation.</div>
