(2) If 𝐓𝐅>300 Then Do SIC algorithm

(3) If 𝟑.𝟐<TF<300Then Do SIC decoding,

 Calculate𝐂_𝐛𝐚, 𝐂_𝐟. Do EPSE-SD

(4) If 𝟎.𝟒<TF<3.2 Then let 𝐂_𝟎=𝟏. Do SE-SD

(5) If 𝐓𝐅<0.4Then let 𝐂_𝟎=𝟎.𝟓. Do SE-SD
