Optimization of the Coupling Coefficient of the Inductive Link for Wireless Power Transfer to Biomedical Implants

<div>Simulation results of <i>k</i> between one of the three shapes of a single-turn Tx coil and an Rx coil. For the Rx coil, <i>R</i><sub>2</sub> = 5 mm, <i>r</i><sub>1</sub> = 0.287 mm, <i>r</i><sub>2</sub> = 0.04 mm, and <i>n</i><sub>2</sub> = 1. The distance between the Tx and Rx is 20 mm.</div>
