CKIγ2 overexpression in fibroblasts impairs cell motility. Migration of serum starved control (R2Zeo) and HA-CKIγ2 overexpressing fibroblasts (Z23) were evaluated in wound healing assays. Pictures (10X) from the same area were taken at time 0 and 16 hours after the wound.
