RhoA is not phosphorylated by CKIγ2 in vitro. Recombinant GST-CKIγ2 full length (FL) or C-terminal truncated ( C-term) (200 ng) purified on beads was incubated with recombinant RhoA (1 μg) in in vitro kinase assays. Incorporation of 32P was revealed by autoradiography of the kinase reactions resolved on SDS-PAGE. Respective proteins are indicated, and equivalent amount of RhoA used in the assays was revealed by Coomassie blue staining.
