Reaction conditions: stirring speed of 600 rpm, initial molar ratio of cetyl alcohol to palmitic acid of 1 : 1, catalyst loading of 1 wt% (in relation to the mass of substrates), and n-hexane to substrates’ mass ratio of 1 : 1.
