Reaction conditions: stirring speed of 600 rpm, initial molar ratio of palmitic acid to cetyl palmitate of 1 : 1, catalyst loading of 1 wt% (in relation to the total mass of substrates), reaction time of 0.5 h, and temperature of 25°C. Standard uncertainty is (conversion) = 2.0%.
