The relative messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression of human leukocyte antigen-C (HLA-C)07 in patients and healthy women. The relative mRNA expression of HLA-C07 was detected using a quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction with HLA-C07-specific primers. Eu-H is the eutopic endometrium of healthy women; Eu-P is the eutopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis; and Ec-P is the ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis.
