Propofol Regulates ER Stress to Inhibit Tumour Growth and Sensitize Osteosarcoma to Doxorubicin

<div>Propofol treatment led to growth inhibition in osteosarcoma. Increasing concentrations of propofol were used to treat the MG63 and 143B cells for 72 hours. Growth inhibition was shown in a dose-dependent manner in both (a) MG63 and (b) 143B cells.
