Specificity of the CCK-1 and CCK-2 receptor antibodies established by Western blotting. Membrane from the RIN-14B and COS cells (100𝜇g) were used for Western blotting analysis with antibodies 7509 (0.1𝜇g mL⁻¹) and 6767 (0.1𝜇g mL⁻¹). Specificity was established by preincubation of each primary antibody for 2 hours at RT with each receptor-specific peptide antigen (1𝜇g mL⁻¹ of 7509 and 0.1𝜇g mL⁻¹ of 6767 peptides).
