(a) In the APA adjacent tissue, ZG hyperplasia was demonstrated by HES. Adrenocortical nodule was surrounded by hyperplastic ZG cells and composed of ZF-like cells in APA. (b) Nox2 was expressed in the entire hyperplasic ZG and ZR cells, but not adrenocortical nodule. (c) Dab2 was expressed in the entire hyperplasic ZG cells.
