A Possible Mechanism of Metformin in Improving Insulin Resistance in Diabetic Rat Models

Effects of metformin on FXR, MAFG, CYP8B1, and CYP7A1 in liver tissue induced diabetes in Wistar rats. Protein contents were detected by western blotting.
