Glucocorticoid Receptor Antagonist Administration Prevents Adrenal Gland Atrophy in an ACTH-Independent Cushing’s Syndrome Rat Model

<div>Comparison of <i>CYP11B1</i> and <i>CYP11B2</i> mRNA expression in the rat adrenal gland after the treatment with DEX and MIF. The ratios were calculated based on the real-time RT-PCR analysis. Quantification of the expression of the target gene was performed in relation to <i>β</i> actin as housekeeping gene.
