XMD8-92 downregulated the Col-1, OPG, and OCN protein expression. The protein expression of Col-1, OPG, and OCN was detected by western blot after the MC3T3-E1 cells were pretreated with 10 μM XMD8-92 for 1 h followed by 100 nM liraglutide treatment for 48 h (a).
