miR-141-3p is Poorly Expressed in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Correlates with Glucose and Lipid Metabolism

<div>Changes of clinical parameters and miR-141-3p expression in PCOS-obese patients before and after intervention of fat reduction. miR-141-3p expression in serum of PCOS-obese patients before and after fat reduction intervention was detected by RT-qPCR. Data are expressed as mean ± standard deviation.
