Gene signature-derived risk scores could discriminate high-risk patients in the pooled cohort: (a) meta-analysis indicated patients with higher risk scores exhibited worse overall survival with an integrated HR of 8.51 (95% CI = 3.28–13.74) and (b) Z-scores of risk score were significantly elevated in patients who died during follow-up, especially in shorter-term survival groups ( < 0.0001).
