Galectin-3 Inhibitors Suppress Anoikis Resistance and Invasive Capacity in Thyroid Cancer Cells

<div>Effects of galectin-3 inhibitors (GB1107 and TD139) on cell growth and cell cycle distribution in FTC-133 and 8505C human thyroid cancer cells. (a) Cells were treated with GB1107 or TD139 of the indicated concentrations for 24 to 72 hours, and cell viability was determined using Cell Counting Kit-8 assay.
