Impact of Ovariectomy on the Anterior Pituitary Gland in Female Rats

<div>Changes in receptor expression after OVX. GnRHR (a), PAC1R (b), and Kiss1R (c) mRNA expression from the anterior pituitary in sham-operated (control), OVX, and OVX + E2 rats were compared by quantitative RT-PCR analysis. Samples for each experimental group were run in duplicate and normalized to the mRNA levels of GAPDH as a housekeeping gene.
