Antioxidant and Immunomodulatory Activities of Polysaccharides from Fermented Wheat Products of <i>Grifola frondosa</i>: <i>In Vitro</i> Methods

<div>Induction of nitric oxide (NO) release in RAW 264.7 cells treated with polysaccharide samples of <i>G. frondosa</i>-fermented wheat: (a) RAW 264.7 cells without LPS and (b) RAW264.7 cells treated with 1 <i>μ</i>g/mL LPS.
