Phylogenetic network of Rickettsia’s core genes based on the concatenated nucleotide sequences. The phylogenetic network is constructed using the Neighbor-net method algorithm [20] and shows several parallel paths, indicating occurrence of recombination in the core genome of Rickettsia.
