Molecular Cloning, Characterization, and mRNA Expression of Hemocyanin Subunit in Oriental River Prawn<i> Macrobrachium nipponense</i>

<div>Relative hemocyanin mRNA levels in hepatopancreas of<i> M. nipponense. M. nipponense</i> was fed diet with different levels of copper for 8 weeks. Hemocyanin mRNA levels were evaluated by qRT-PCR and expressed relatively to the level of <i>β</i>-actin mRNA.
