A red node denotes an upregulated gene, a green node denotes a downregulated gene, and a yellow node denotes a related inflammation gene. Genes in gray notes were not identified as differentially expressed in our experiment and were integrated into the computationally generated networks based on the evidence stored in the IPA database, indicating relevance to these networks.
