A Pooling Genome-Wide Association Study Identifies Susceptibility Loci and Signaling Pathways of Immune Thrombocytopenia in Chinese Han Population

The association between GBE1/LINC02027, TENM4, SYN3/TIMP3, RBM45/OSBPL6, and ITP in Chinese Han Population showed that the most significant site was rs117503120, rs4483616, rs5998634, and rs16866133, respectively, which were supported by the LD site (a–d).
