(f, g) A dual-luciferase reporter assay was performed to verify the interaction between miR-582-3p and STXBP6. (h, i) The protein expression of STXBP6 was measured in NSCLC cells transfected with miR-NC or miR-582-3p by a Western blot assay. (j, k) NSCLC cells were transfected with circ_0002346 alone or together with miR-582-3p, and a Western blot assay was conducted to detect the protein level of STXBP6 in NSCLC cells. .
